Service Terms and Conditions

Pulso Escolar is a platform developed by Pipoll Technologies SpA (RUT 77.355.388-2) that helps schools understand how their community is doing: how students feel, how their relationships work, how coexistence is going, and where to focus.

How a school contracts the service

  1. Schedule a meeting at pulsoescolar.com/reunamonos or write to contacto@pulsoescolar.com.
  2. We talk about what the school needs (coexistence, social-emotional learning, protocols, career guidance, etc.) and see which modules make sense.
  3. We send a proposal with the modules and the price, based on the size of the school.
  4. We sign a contract between Pipoll Technologies SpA (RUT 77.355.388-2) and the holder of the educational institution.
  5. We activate the platform, train the team, and accompany the first applications.

What it includes

Each school contracts the modules it needs. The most common ones are school climate surveys, sociograms, class mixer, protocol management, and career guidance. It also includes training, support, and accompaniment from the Pulso team throughout the period.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is personalized and depends on the modules and the size of the school. Payment terms are set in the contract.

Duration

The contract lasts a minimum of 12 months and then renews month to month. After the first year, either party can terminate the contract by giving written notice 30 days in advance.

Student data

We protect the personal data of students, parents, and teachers in accordance with the standards set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679). The school is always the data controller; we act as a data processor and only use the data to provide the service.
